Terms of service

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms.

PAYMENT METHOD
• Upfront payment via Paypal only (USD)GENERAL
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission request.
• There will be a first come, first serve queue for the service.
• Kindly provide visual references of what you have in mind.
• Do not disclose work in progress screenshots unless agreed upon.
• The commission will be strictly for personal use only. You may not sell it in any form unless you have paid for the right to do so.
• Commercial use must be discussed beforehand.
• I retain all rights to use and monetize the artwork unless exclusive rights are purchased.
• I have the right to post the artworks on my socials and portfolios unless told to be privated.EXTRA FEES
• Price may vary depending on the complexity and size of the work.
• Major revisions after the line art phase will be heavily charged.REFUND
• No refunds unless I cancel the commission at any phase.

COMMISSIONED ARTWORK WILL BE SENT VIA EMAILFor Illustration and Character Sheet, you will receive:
• Low Resolution PNG file with watermark
• High Resolution PNG file with watermark
• High Resolution PNG file without watermark (Commercial Use Only)For LIVE2D Model you will receive:
