terms of service
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms of service.
GENERAL
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission request.
• There will be a first come, first serve queue for the service.
• Client must provide visual references of what they have in mind as much as possible.
• Do not disclose work in progress screenshots unless permitted to.
• The commission will be strictly for personal use only. Client may not sell it in any form unless they have paid for the right to do so.
• Commercial use must be discussed beforehand.
• I retain all rights to use and monetize the artwork unless exclusive rights are purchased.
• I have the right to possibly post the artworks on my socials and portfolios unless told not to.EXTRA FEES
• Price may vary depending on the complexity and size of the work.
• Rush commissions (moved to top of the queue) & tight deadlines will be heavily charged.
• Extensive & major revisions will be charged.
• Commercial use will double the commission's original price.
• NSFW artworks will have additional 25% of the commission's original price.
• Missing details are not included in the revision fee.REFUND
• No refunds unless I cancel the commission at any phase.DELIVERY
• Commissioned artwork will be sent via Email
PAYMENT
• Payment via Paypal / Wise (USD) must be paid in full before I start on the commission.
• If a client is on the waitlist and the commission has not yet begun, payment is not required until their queue.
• For payments of 500 USD or more, a 50% of the full cost is required before I begin the commission. The remaining 50% must be paid for it to proceed after the lineart phase.PROCESS

COMMISSION> How long does an illustration often take you?
It depends on the complexity. But usually, it takes around 1-2 weeks.> How does your payment process work?

Distributing and re-selling the commissioned work digitally and/or physically, like art prints, body pillows, etc.
Monetized content are not considered as commercial use, such as thumbnail art, channel banner, etc.
